Zac is a general contractor, real estate broker, and development executive with extensive experience delivering complex projects across multiple asset classes. He leads the firm’s efforts in deal sourcing, capital deployment, and project execution. Zac holds a bachelor’s degree from Lee University and earned his MBA from Emory University.

Ada oversees all accounting, reporting, and financial controls for the company and its projects, ensuring compliance, accurate forecasting, and strong financial performance. She holds a degree in accounting from College of Coastal Georgia. Ada is also a Realtor with deep market knowledge and relationships in the coastal Georgia market. 

Allie is the Residential Sales Manager, responsible for leading sales strategy across the company’s residential developments. With deep experience in new construction sales, she oversees marketing coordination, broker engagement, and on-site sales operations, guiding buyers seamlessly from initial interest through closing. Allie plays a key role in driving absorption, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring the sales experience reflects the quality, vision, and long-term value of each community.

Ramses manages day-to-day construction execution, coordinating contractors and schedules to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. He earned his degree in accounting from Brewton Parker College where he also played soccer. 

Tucker manages the company’s procurement systems, vendor relationships, and contract negotiation to secure materials, control costs, and support timely project delivery. He also designs many of the company’s projects. He has degrees in Business Management and Architectural Engineering & Drafting.
